Prices may change without advance notice.

International shipments may be delivered under unpaid-duty terms unless otherwise stated.

Customs authorities may require additional information or payment from the recipient.

SARTOVYN does not control customs decisions, import restrictions, or clearance times.

22. Shipping and Delivery

Processing, tracking, estimated delivery times, split shipments, international deliveries, damaged packages, and lost parcels are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date.

An order may be fulfilled from more than one warehouse and delivered in separate packages.

23. Delivery Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

SARTOVYN is not responsible for delays, returns, or failed delivery caused by:

Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, purchases from the SARTOVYN Store are transactions between you and SARTOVYN.

An ecommerce-platform provider is not the seller of SARTOVYN products and is not responsible for our fulfillment, product selection, returns, or customer-service decisions.
